It all started with a post. During the wave of tech layoffs that occurred post pandemic, thousands of people were affected. I posted on LinkedIn offering to help individuals who were impacted by the layoffs and I received many requests to share my journey as a Customer Success Manager and tips to help them succeed. And CSM All-Star was born.
My goal is to help as many individuals find success as a Customer Success Manager whether it's transitioning from Sales or Support roles, elevating your niche in Customer Success or up-skilling for a client facing role by bringing you insights and experiences from industry thought leaders.
